I've been looking forward to the new chapter for awhile, and this definitely lives up to expectations.

I really like how Yu is a good mom who really wants to like Ed, just because Roy does--but she's believably skeptical. Crappy parents and tragic pasts are so prevalent in fanfic, it's nice to see some normal family for a change.

Ed really is completely embarassing, if you don't know about all the things he has done and what an incredible person he is. The fact that he's a total spazz is kind of cute in context with everything else. But if it weren't for all the redeeming factors, you'd have to wonder why anyone would be interested in someone so socially retarded.
