Possibly, but that was covered by the "no crossovers" rule. This seems much more general and vague, and it's not clarified anywhere. Are you not allowed to have a character buy Kleenex and drink Coke and eat at McDonalds? Or do they mean something else? It actually sounds like they could make it mean whatever that want it to mean.
