Hm. That friend from high school who was posting the pro-Chik-fil-A stuff when that was a thing seems to have unfriended me at some point. Best guess, she either didn't like my politics (the one and only issue that ends up on my wall) or all the Pagan stuff in my Likes. Or both. Either way it's probably just as well.

comments

All right, I've joined the dark side and made a Facebook page. It was the Etsy option that pushed me over the edge.

There's not much there yet, I still haven't figured out how the damn thing works (isn't it supposed to be user-friendly? Am I missing something?) and I doubt I'll be putting much up there, but there it is.

comments

I'm tempted to join Facebook just to be able to join the Respect my Privacy Facebook group.

Seriously though, convince me here: what would be the advantages of having a Facebook account? It still strikes me as kinda redundant, but it comes up so much I'm starting to wonder. Do I need yet one more social networking site y/n?

Other than that, I haven't really been able to sit down at the computer for more than 10 minutes at a time since last week. I've got a fic backlog (again), not to mention the half-edited chapter sitting open in Scrivener. But hopefully this won't last long. But on the down side, then I'll have no money again :P.

comments
