Etsy?

Anyway. Does anyone have an experience with Etsy? I was thinking of opening a shop there to sell beaded earrings and maybe other items. My theory being that they would have more of a chance of selling there than on ebay, where any one item would only be up for a week. Has anyone had or know of anyone who's had success with it?

A friend of mine sold her stuff on Etsy for a while and did sell a few things. She's stopped using it for a while, but not because she wasn't happy with it.

So it does work for people, then. Do you know if she did any promoting, or just relied on searches?
