layout woes

The layout of the fanworks site comes up all wonky on my mom's work computer. Could someone with a later version of IE tell me if it works or not? This is what it's supposed to look like:
Edit: I poked around at the CSS some but I still need to know if it looks right. There's no difference on my machine. By the way, the top bar isn't supposed to scroll.

Well, I have Firefox and not IE so my comment is probably useless, but it looks exactly right from this browser!

That's reassuring, though. At least it doesn't fail on PCs in general ^^

Looks fine on my PC.

That's good. I'm hoping it's that my mom's computer has an old browser.

It looks very different on my Firefox and IE browsers, but I don't know which one is the correct appearance. I think it looks better in Firefox, though.

What it was doing on my mom's was the navigation bar on the side was showing up in the middle of the window, or was completely covering the "Fiction|Art|AMV" bar. So as long as the pieces are all where they're supposed to be I can ignore small variations.

I have IE8 and it looks fine to me. Good additions and changes.

That's good. I was hoping the problem was browser age, but I've had issues with IE and CSS before -_-
