Actually, I think you have seen an earlier version of it - the one of Roy and Ed in the bath. But the finished version is up here at Red Curtain and at y-gallery.

Are they really that strict at dA? Like, would they even know Ed's age? It's not like he's obviously "underage"...

All it would take would be someone who knows the canon reporting it. As long as the character's under 18 in canon, sexual situations are not allowed. But it's playing chicken because it's a crap shoot whether someone reports it or not. It probably wouldn't get much notice, but eh, I don't feel like dealing with them.
