I can't decide if it would be more or less annoying if I could figure out what they were trying to do. Propaganda? Virus infected video (if that's even possible)? As it is I'm annoyed AND confused.
I got a PM the other day from someone offering to translate a random fic into Russian. But the account had only been created days before and they had no common interests. With all the spam going on, I'm naturally skeptical.
