So apparently, when you apply for a temporary seller's permit, you need to file a return whether you sell anything or not. Which, y'know, makes sense, but sometimes I'm just clueless like that and need to be told things straight out.

There's a 10% penalty for filing late, but 10% of 0 is still 0, right?
