I celebrated the 4th..
Jul. 4th, 2010 10:11 pm...by making low-carb ginger cookies. ^^
As long as you don't expect them to taste like regular cookies they're pretty good. A little dry, and I want to try them with a protein powder that's not vanilla flavored, but still, not bad. And less than one carb each, provided I made them the right size.
I'm going to try the chocolate chip next time.
