I KNOW some of you are archived at Touka Koukan. Help me out here.

The "Submissions" page says this:

Touka Koukan is an automated archive that is powered by the Touka Koukan Fanworks Manager. To become archived at Touka Koukan, you must first apply for admission or receive an invitation from Kalika or Sockren. If you have already had your account with us set-up, click above to begin working with the Fanworks Manager! If you are looking to join our archive, fill out the application below and send it here!

Which implies that once you send in the application and get accepted, you should have access to the Fanworks Manager. Which I don't. Is this something I need to bug Sockren about? Or is this section inaccurate, and he's not giving authors access?
