I meant to tell you earlier: your bookmarks are absolutely adorable! I think I'm going to have to buy one. Are they pretty sturdy? My concern is that I carry books in my purse and wouldn't want to break the charms off.
I got the charm on the one I'm using caught on a wire basket and it pulled the crimp end off the ribbon, but otherwise it's held up pretty well. I haven't had the charms themselves break and the crimp end hadn't come off under normal use (which includes my cat going "Oo, toy!"). Probably the only danger with a purse is if it gets caught on a zipper or something with no give.
