I have the urge to call these chapters "Roy's terrible, horrible, no-good, very-bad day(s)" *snerk!* Maybe you could use that as a sort of secondary title! :D Roy's days do seem to be going from bad to worse. :/
Archer. blecch. Never liked the guy. :p "The pale guy who looks like a snake" is a good description of him. :) Archer does represent one of the biggest plotholes in all of original FMA tho. Ed took a year to get fully acclimated to just two limbs being automail. Archer had at least half his body turned into the most ungainly bits of automail imaginable and was seemingly up and running in a matter of days! wut? O_o? Plotholes, plotholes, gotta love plotholes! ^_^

Roy saves Ed's hair then shoves Ed away so they can run for cover. Ah, it must be love! ^_^ RoyEd fluff for the win btw. <3 Al lecturing Ed was pretty good too. :) Ed may think Al's psychic but it's probably more of a case that Ed's way more transparent than he thinks he is! :)
