IRS scam #2

I almost want to tell them that the spelling mistakes and typos are a dead giveaway. And the fact that it came WELL AFTER I got my refunds.
Also forwarded on to the IRS.

new scam out there

Several things make this suspicious, but the two biggest are 1)there's no record of this from my bank; 2)I got a rebate this year. And since the "report" ends in .pdf.exe, there's no way I'm clicking on it (even if I am on a Mac and it probably wouldn't load).
Isn't there a Web site for reporting scams like this? Anyone know the URL?
