Even aside from the car fiasco(s) last week was a pretty shitty week for me. I don't really want to bitch and moan, though, so instead I thought I'd share this bit of magic from The Secret of Kells:

First off---HUGSYOU!!!---bitch, moan, yell, preach...get it all out, as much as you need to. We love you and this is a safe place.
Second--I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!! I have it on my Netflix streaming list and show it to everybody I can force to sit still--and they all walk away enchanted. I love this scene, the song...the incredible beauty of this film. Interestingly, it was done by the same studio that did "The Triplets of Belleville", both nominated for Oscars and so very, very different.

There isn't much specific to really bitch about, though; I got hit with a bout of depression after Fanime that I think - I hope - is mostly a stress hangover combined with out-of-control hormones (which I'm seeing Kaiser about tomorrow). It's just sorta been souring everything.

I hadn't realized they'd also done Triplets! But I'm not surprised - they really know how to craft a story!
