(no subject)

AX pictures are uploaded from the camera, but they're on Mom's Computer, and as some of you know, Mom's Computer is in a room with a flat top roof and no insulation. Since it's been hot lately, I don't want to leave the computer on for very long (nor do I want to spend more time than necessary in that room) so the pictures are going to have to wait a bit longer.

I'm also having a hard time finding all the pieces of my brain. It seems to have, I dunno, melted out my ears or something. I don't know if it's the heat, or allergies (which have never been confirmed), or lingering effects of the cold I caught, but I'm having the darnedest time concentrating on anything. I was able to sit down and do a drawing yesterday (it's in my DevART gallery), but that's the only thing I've been able to focus on, and that took some doing. Attack of the ADD, I dunno. I'm still on the meds, I swear! (I also seem to be off and on in a touchy mood. I'm trying not to constantly be like "Arrrg, leave me alone! ::snipesnipesnipe::")

The thing I really need to concentrate on is school, which is starting sometime late August/early September (obviously I need to go find out) and figuring out what I want to do for work. Apply for the really fun-sounding but non-paid archiving internship I heard about, or go for a paying job? Hmm...

I'm going to be back in Livermore after August first. Have any free time? I'll probably have a series with me that I could show you that I think you might like a lot..*and* it's on DVD so we don't have to watch it on a computer.

It's called "Fullmetal Panic" - there's a third season being released in Japan right now, and a second season coming out on DVD in the US..I have th e first season on DVD. I think you'll like it - I know I do. We can watch at least some of it together, and I can lend you the rest of it until I'm on vacation..but I need it back before I return to Southern California, as the DVDs are not mine.

I'll probably be back in Livermore something like August 7th?
