My characters need to stop getting into fights. I'm no good at describing them :P. Have I ever been in a fight? No. Have I ever watched fights? I mean, close enough to be able to describe them? Not really, no.

Frustraiting, it is.

Stolen from [livejournal.com profile] shawk (finally got it to work):
My journal says I'm 51% feminine.
What does your LJ writing style say about your gender?

In other words, I'm pretty damn near androgynous. :D

Edit: I submitted the first chapter of Silver into the word analysis part and it came back as male:
Words: 2374
Female Score: 2268
Male Score: 3540

The Gender Genie thinks the author of this passage is: male!

Guess I'm doing an okay job writing it from a male PoV.

Most of my friends' journals seem to have been pretty androgynous. I think it's probably because we're all more or less logical. ;)

Yeah, logic tends to be pretty genderless. I've never considered myself particularly femanine, anyway. I found it interesting which words it considered feminine and which it considered masculine, though.

I did, too. I wonder how they decided on some of these words. Of? These? This? Weird.

Yeah. Like "myself" I could kinda see, but "a" and "the"? "And"? The scary part is, it's usually right.

I tested a couple passages from my fantasy novel and they came up female. I suppose that's definite proof that I'm using different voices for the two stories :).

Vindication is nice.

I don't think it would help with my story, unless I did it passage by passage, seing as it's told from several perspectives.
