I am officially an aunt. My poor sister-in-law went in labor on Oct 1st, late morning or early afternoon depending on how you count it, and the baby was born today (Oct 3rd) at 2:59 pm. I can’t even imagine.

D: It is! She very understandably went from "we're doing this naturally!" to "DRUGS! EPIDURAL! NOW!" The labor really took its toll on her, too, from the sound of it.

I am hoping I will have a day next week when I can go up there!

From the sound of it, she's still having a really hard time -_-. Poor thing. At this point it sounds like she just has to wait while things heal.

How are you doing today?

I'm doing better now than I was over the weekend. I'm on the third week of working 6 days a week, and that on top of some other things kinda overwhelmed me to the point where even positive things became triggers.

I'm hoping I'll be able to go up to see the baby next week!
