dragonimpI've actually been in a fairly good mood for the past week or so. I just want to note that. I know I emo a lot on here, so I thought it could use some sort of balance. I think my brain needs a kick start, but other than that, yeah, things have been holding fairly decently.
The sad thing is, part of me is just sitting and waiting for the other shoe to drop. Made me think of a conversation I have planned between Winry and Ed (if I ever get that far), where she's telling him that you can't just watch for the bad stuff to happen, because then you miss the good stuff - it struck me that I should probably take "my" own advice.
Speaking of, there is that hanging over me. I'm feeling guilty because I haven't worked on my WIPs for - I'm not going to count up how long - but I know I'll feel even more guilty if I take the time away from schoolwork that I really need to devote to them. Bleh.
WIPs: So you take the time to work on random smut!fic instead?
me: Random smut!fic takes considerably less brain power.
WIPs: It's not our fault you plotted yourself into several different corners.
me: Shut up, you brain-sucking leeches. You'll be lucky if you get headspace over Thanksgiving.
(WTF, LJ? Why is my friends page suddenly jumping down to the bottom?)
