I've been afraid to draw lately. Yeah, I've been busy, but I've also been wasting a fair amount of time here and there, to be honest. I guess it's been easier to not draw than to try and confirm that I no longer can.
I think it's always easier to not run the risk of disappointment than try and feel like you've failed. Every time I start another fic I have a "don't, because you can't even begin to compete with "whatever I just wrote" or "whatever I just read".
In the end the best thing to do is just go for it anyway.
Unfortunately, "can't" would be more along the lines of "joints too messed up to tolerate that activity" :/. It's not really something I want to have to face.
