Customer: (points) :| I want one of those.
Me: :) I'm sorry, which?
Customer: (points again) One of those.
Me: The half chickens?
Customer: (snarky, points again) If that's what those are.
Me: (getting tray for chicken) I'm sorry, I can't really see where you're pointing.
Customer: (reaches over counter and jabs at case from the back) I want one of THOSE RIGHT THERE, okay? Can you see that?
Me: o_o;
